Scope
This policy applies to products shipped to addresses in Canada and to paid services booked through our website or invoiced channels. It supplements the terms of sale shown at checkout and does not override mandatory consumer protection laws in your province or territory.
Right of withdrawal and cooling-off
Where provincial consumer protection laws grant a cooling-off period for distance contracts, those statutory rights apply in addition to the commercial windows described below. If a longer statutory period exists, the longer period controls.
Physical goods — general return window
For non-perishable, unopened items in resaleable condition, you may request a return within thirty calendar days of delivery. Items must include original packaging, inserts, and labels. We may refuse returns that show signs of use, missing components, or damage not caused in transit.
Perishable and refrigerated goods
Foods with short shelf life, refrigerated bars, or frozen lines are not eligible for return once opened. Unopened perishable items may be accepted only when reported within twenty-four hours of delivery with evidence of temperature abuse or tampering.
Final sale and clearance
Items marked final sale, sample lots, or promotional bundles with explicit non-return language at checkout are not returnable except where required by law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments
Inspect packages promptly. Report damage, missing items, or incorrect products within seven days of delivery through our contact form or email, including photographs of the outer carton, shipping label, and affected product labels. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange disposal instructions when appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods at our warehouse or after we approve a service cancellation. Shipping charges are refunded only when we are at fault, when a product is defective, or when statutory law requires.
Exchanges
Where stock allows, we may offer exchanges for equivalent value. Price differences and additional shipping may apply. Exchanges are not guaranteed during peak seasons or inventory transitions.
Services
Consulting or onboarding sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if you provide at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Cancellations before the first session receive a full refund. After work has begun, refunds are calculated on unused portions unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
How to start a return
- Email ask@zelmaronzar.world with your order number, item SKU, and reason for return.
- Wait for a return authorization number and packaging instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
- Ship items using the trackable method we specify. Retain proof of postage until the refund posts.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are described on product pages. Our policy does not limit statutory warranty rights implied by applicable consumer law.
Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve disputes informally. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may pursue remedies available under provincial consumer protection statutes or small claims court.
Wholesale
Business accounts may be subject to separate return terms in signed master agreements.
Privacy
Return data is processed under our privacy policy.
